Program Teams

About

There are eight program teams of the Alliance, each aligned with one or more statewide regulatory programs administered at the state level by the Wisconsin Department of Commerce, Safety and Buildings Division.

Objectives
The Teams will evaluate and respond to the administration and operation of their respective programs.  They will review and critique: revenue and expenditures, staffing levels, workload, work production, service backlogs, quality of service, and proposed administrative policy or process changes.

Recommendations
Team findings and recommendations will flow to the full membership of the Alliance. Ultimately, the Alliance will make program-related recommendations to elected and appointed public officials and will work to see that those recommendations are implemented. Reasonable and efficient and government operation is the goal.
